Tai Chi Qigong on the lawn at Kington Grange - £15 pp
If you are looking for a way to relax and re-energise or maybe reduce high blood pressure and fatigue, Tai Chi could be the perfect solution.
The movements are extremely slow and relaxing but also energising. It is almost a moving meditation. Being outdoors surrounded by nature is a wonderful way to enjoy Tai Chi Qigong.
So what are the additional potential benefits? The session will give you an opportunity to allow the mind to quieten, focusing on your breathwork while enjoying the gentle flowing movements.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat soft soled shoes or trainers. Please bring water with you.
*Please note if the weather conditions are unsuitable the session will take place indoors.
