Tai Chi Qigong
Mindful Movement to relax, rebalance and recharge.

The ‘Six Steps Qigong’ session is perfect for a short session, just 30-40 minutes is all that you need. A great way to recharge at lunchtime or anytime of the day.

The Six Steps Qigong Set is specifically designed to improve wellbeing as well as taking the body through a gentle detoxification process.

The movements are very slow and gentle and can be performed standing or seated so everyone can take part. They are almost like a moving meditation.      Sessions start from just £120.

Nordic Walking and Nordic Circuits

What is Nordic Walking? Think cross trainer at the gym but in the fresh air.

 

This is a truly sociable way to increase movement, and fantastic if you are looking to increase your fitness level away from the corporate world too.

 

It also provides a fresh and creative approach to team building which makes it ideal to be part of a corporate away day.

Ecopsychology (the impact of green and blue spaces on our wellbeing) has been shown to improve our wellbeing. Nordic walking brings the added benefit of moving our whole body while enjoying these spaces.

Group sessions start from £180 and include the use of speciality poles.  You don’t need a huge space to enjoy the benefits (minimum and maximum number of attendees apply).

This series of webinars bring together everything that I have learned throughout the last 20 years, combined with the Health & Wellbeing and Coaching Qualifications that I have completed with the Centre for Coaching in London.

Sessions can be delivered face to face or as a webinar and combined with any of the other activities that I offer.
